Choosing the right food bowl for your cat is still very important. Cat food bowls can be made of plastic, metal, ceramic, or glass. The bowl doesn't have to be very new or specially designed for cats, but it must not have any cracks. Some cats prefer shallower bowls, or even shallow dishes.
