Dietary Improvement Plan
Supplementing key nutrients through a scientifically balanced diet can effectively reduce hair loss and improve hair quality.
High-quality protein: Animal protein is the main component of fur. Choose cat food with a crude protein content of ≥30%, primarily made from fresh meat such as chicken and fish. You can feed them cooked chicken breast or salmon (50-100 grams each time) 2-3 times a week as a supplement.

Essential fatty acids:
Omega-3 fatty acids (such as those from fish oil and salmon) can repair the skin barrier and reduce inflammatory hair loss. It is recommended to supplement with fish oil daily according to body weight (e.g., one capsule daily for a 5 kg cat).
Omega-6 fatty acids (such as those found in egg yolks and chicken fat) can enhance hair resilience; feeding 1-2 cooked egg yolks per week is sufficient.
Vitamins and minerals:
B vitamins (such as yeast and liver) promote skin metabolism; a small amount of chicken liver (10-20 grams) can be fed monthly.
Trace elements such as zinc and iodine can be supplemented through kelp powder, adding a small amount to the cat's food weekly.
Low-sodium diet: Avoid feeding your cat human food. Choose cat food with a salt content of ≤0.3% to reduce the burden on its kidneys.
