Cats are actually sensitive to cold. As warm-blooded animals, their sensitivity to cold is natural. A cat's body temperature is slightly higher than a human's, with an optimal living temperature between 25 and 29 degrees Celsius. Because cats don't have as many sweat glands as humans, they can't regulate their body temperature through sweat like humans do. Therefore, when people feel cold, cats feel cold too. 
Here are some helpful tips for caring for your cat:
1. Provide plenty of essential cat items in your home. This includes water bowls or pet water fountains, scratching posts, cardboard boxes, cat toys, and a cat bed. Note that it's best not to place the cat's water bowl and food bowl together, as this can lead the cat to believe that water is only available during mealtimes.
2. Provide high places for your cat. Cats love to claim high places so they can overlook their surroundings. You can place small pieces of furniture of different heights next to tall furniture in your home to help your cat easily jump to higher places and meet their needs.
3. Place your cat's bed in a sunny spot. In winter, both indoor and outdoor temperatures are low, and cats like to rest warmly in the afternoon sun. You can place your cat's favorite bed or cushion on a windowsill or other sunny location so your cat can rest comfortably.
4. Provide a place for your cat to observe the outside world. Cats are very sensitive to moving objects and like to sit by the window and watch passing cars, pedestrians, or flying birds. When they get tired, they will close their eyes and rest for a while.
