Ragdoll cats need air conditioning in winter, as they are generally sensitive to cold. It's best to maintain the room temperature at around 20 degrees Celsius using air conditioning, as their ideal temperature is between 25-28 degrees Celsius; they are more tolerant of heat than cold. In temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius, it's recommended to use air conditioning or an electric heater. On warm, sunny days, you can also keep your Ragdoll cat warm by dressing them in clothes or adding blankets to their bed.



Furthermore, taking proper measures to keep them warm can prevent their color from darkening, especially for pointed Ragdoll cats. When using air conditioning for Ragdoll cats in winter, it's also important to ensure they have enough water to drink, preferably warm water between 27-29 degrees Celsius.

Winter weather is dry, and Ragdoll cats drinking too little water is bad for their health. You can increase the humidity in the room by using a humidifier to avoid the excessive dryness caused by air conditioning, which can lead to symptoms like fever and static electricity.
