Why cats make "kakaka" sounds
1. If a cat has a foreign object stuck in its mouth or esophagus, such as a fishbone or sharp bone, it may make a clicking or coughing sound as the cat tries to cough it up. In this case, it is recommended that the owner open the cat's mouth and use a flashlight to check the cat's mouth and throat for any visible foreign objects.
