How to deal with a cat that won't sleep at night and keeps bothering you
1. You can try to expend your cat's energy during the day, for example, by providing it with some toys to entertain itself, so that they can sleep normally at night.
2. You can also actively interact with your cat to allow it to exercise and burn off excess energy.
Why don't cats sleep at night?
1. Sleeping too much during the day: Cats are very sleepy animals. They sleep for about 16 hours out of 24 hours a day, so you often see them napping during the day.
2. It's related to their nature. Cats not sleeping at night is actually related to their nature. Cats are nocturnal animals and they like to be active at night, so it's quite normal to see them not sleeping at night.
3. The cat is unwell. If the cat is unwell, it will be unable to sleep because it is in pain and feels uncomfortable all over, making it impossible for it to fall asleep.
