Cat vaccinations are typically administered at veterinary hospitals or clinics. Most cats are timid by nature and may experience curiosity, fear, and anxiety in unfamiliar environments. Since vaccination is an invasive procedure, some overly anxious cats may experience heightened pain and trembling due to fear. Secondly, vaccines usually involve injecting antigens into the body to stimulate the production of antibodies. Therefore, after vaccination, cats may experience short-term symptoms such as lethargy, decreased appetite, and even shivering due to low ambient temperatures.
What to pay attention to after your cat gets vaccinated:
1. After a cat has been vaccinated, the owner should wait for half an hour to observe the cat before leaving.
2. After a cat is vaccinated, it is important to prevent illness, keep it warm, and provide appropriate nutrition.
3. Do not bathe your cat after it has been vaccinated. It takes about 7 days for the cat to develop a certain number of antibodies after the vaccination. During this period, the cat's resistance is weak, and bathing it can easily make it catch a cold and get sick.
