Kittens should not drink cow's milk. Cow's milk contains high levels of lactose, and cats are lactose intolerant, unable to digest lactose in their intestines, especially young kittens who lack the enzyme lactase. This undigested lactose can lead to the proliferation of bacteria that absorb water, causing diarrhea. Feeding kittens cow's milk is very likely to cause intestinal discomfort due to lactose intolerance, resulting in symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting. Furthermore, the long fat chains in cow's milk are difficult for cats to absorb, easily leading to bulky diarrhea, which can be fatal, especially for kittens. 
Dietary precautions for kittens:
1. Kittens are in the developmental stage and need to be fed 4-5 times a day to meet their nutritional needs. However, they should not be fed too much at once. They should be fed regularly and in small amounts frequently.
2. Encourage your kitten to drink water frequently when it is young, as this will help it develop a good habit of drinking water.
3. Kittens have much more delicate digestive systems than adult cats, so owners can give them probiotics to help with digestion.
