How to deal with stress reactions in cats:
1. When experiencing stress reactions such as loss of appetite, lethargy, or mild vomiting, most cats can recover on their own.
2. Some cats may experience significant stress reactions, such as frequent vomiting, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, or shock. In such cases, it is necessary to seek veterinary care as soon as possible to avoid more serious problems.
3. Try to avoid stress, or prepare your pet mentally beforehand. Always keep some anti-stress medications at home. 
The cat is exhibiting symptoms of stress:
1. Cat stress reaction is actually just excessive fright. It is a relatively mild form of stress, which is usually manifested as loss of appetite and lethargy.
2. In milder cases, stress reactions such as anxiety, irritability, and loss of appetite may occur.
