Newborn kittens are naturally best fed their mother's milk, and if possible, they can nurse until they are a month old. Once the kittens are a little older, you can start feeding them canned food and kibble to provide them with necessary protein and plenty of water. 
What foods should newborn kittens not eat?
1. Kittens should not eat adult cat food because their gastrointestinal tract is not fully developed and their digestive function is poor. Eating adult cat food can easily cause diarrhea.
2. Kittens should not eat human food such as milk, raw meat, or fish. Milk is difficult to digest and can easily cause vomiting and diarrhea. Raw meat carries the risk of parasites, and fish bones are dangerous for kittens.
3. Kittens should not be given chicken bones or fish bones, as these can scratch their gastrointestinal tract or cause intestinal blockage.
