Cats do jump out of windows. Cats are naturally curious animals, and if the building is low, they might jump out of a window. 2. You can place barriers around the windows to prevent cats from getting close to them.
3. You can also install screens on the windows or install tighter railings to prevent cats from falling out of the window.
4. If the restlessness is due to being in heat, you can take your cat to be spayed or neutered to calm it down.
