Solutions for a mother cat with engorged milk but no kittens:
1. Manual milking can be used. When milking manually, be sure to disinfect your hands first.
2. The mother cat can seek out kittens to nurse. If she doesn't have any kittens of her own, she can seek out other kittens to nurse.
3. You can apply a warm towel to the cat's nipples. A warm towel compress can help relieve swelling and pain.
4. You can gently press and massage your breasts to relieve pain. You can also gently press and express milk from the edges towards the center.
5. If your cat also exhibits symptoms such as decreased appetite, breast lumps, and lethargy, it is recommended to take it to the vet for appropriate treatment as soon as possible.
