If a kitten is receiving its first immunization, it needs to receive three doses of vaccines against infectious diseases, one dose every 21 days. One week after completing the third dose of the infectious disease vaccine, it should receive a rabies vaccine. These two are the most basic immunization procedures for kittens.



Note: Kittens must be vaccinated only when they are completely healthy, and they should not be vaccinated and dewormed at the same time. Adult cats only need a booster immunization every year, ideally every 11 months. Similarly, adult cats should also be vaccinated only when they are healthy, and pet owners should avoid bathing them before or after vaccination to prevent affecting the effectiveness of the immunization.
