The cat's drool is clear and doesn't smell.

3. Cats may also drool when they are excited, overheated, or nervous; this is a normal stress response.

5. If you notice an abnormal increase in your cat's drooling, contact a veterinarian as soon as possible for diagnosis and treatment.
6. Abnormal saliva color, odor, or other health problems such as loss of appetite, vomiting, or diarrhea all require veterinary evaluation and treatment.
