What are some simple ways to make a homemade cat litter box?
Buying a professional cat litter box from a store seems too expensive, and such a luxury is beyond the reach of not every cat owner. Therefore, many crafty cat owners choose to make their own cat litter boxes. Below is a simple introduction to a cat litter box making method for your reference. 
1. Prepare a large cardboard box and buy a suitable-sized basket from the supermarket. (A square basket used for washing vegetables will suffice). Note that the cardboard box must completely cover the basket.
2. Cut a large door on the side of the box. This allows the cat to enter and exit freely, making it easier for it to use the litter box. 3. Modify the purchased basket by sewing a layer of fabric around the outside. This is mainly to reduce gaps and prevent litter leakage.
4. After filling the basket with cat litter, cover it with a large cardboard box. This completes the making of a proper cat litter box.
