If a cat hasn't defecated for three days but has urinated, there could be several reasons:

The cat is not eating enough food. It is eating a pureed or liquid diet, resulting in insufficient fecal matter production.
Constipation. Cats may not defecate, only urinate, when constipated. If your cat makes defecation movements, frequently squats in the litter box, but doesn't defecate, it may be constipated. It's recommended to take your cat to the vet for a DR (radio rate) and X-ray examination to confirm whether it's constipated or if there is feces in its intestines.
If your cat is constipated, you can give it probiotics, encourage it to drink more water, and feed it easily digestible food. You can also use paraffin oil, which lubricates the intestines, to help with bowel movements. If the condition is severe, surgery may be necessary.
