1. Kneading milk.
Kneading is a behavior in which kittens knead their mother's mammary glands to produce milk. When a kitten lets you knead, it's actually a sign of its attachment to its mother, indicating that you make it feel safe and secure.
2. Makes a "snoring" sound.
Cat owners know that cats purr from time to time. This is originally a way for cats to let their mothers know they are there, and it can also be a sign that the cat is starting to accept you as its owner. Just be patient! 
3. I'll give you a "gift".
