Cats with orange pupils are called orange-eyed white cats. The origins of this breed can be traced back to the 1880s, and their ancestors include Angora cats and Persian cats. In Europe and America, the earliest Persian longhaired cats were white, while orange-eyed white cats were bred by mating blue, cream, and black longhaired cats.
These cats are characterized by pure white fur, long and thick coat, a large, stocky build, rounded ear tips, and deep orange or bronze eyes. Orange-eyed white cats are not only gentle and friendly, but also do not have congenital deafness, making them an ideal family pet.
