Important things to note when purchasing cat vaccines:
1. Check if the writing on the bottle is clear and if there is a veterinary drug inspection label and the China Veterinary Drug Quality Supervision Anti-counterfeiting Mark.
2. Check if the powder bottle is vacuum-sealed. Generally, reputable ones are vacuum-sealed.
3. Check if the powder has cracks. Generally, expired vaccines will have cracks.
4. Observe the color of the fusion and the speed of dissolution. Under normal circumstances, regular vaccines dissolve very easily, with a light red color and no sediment.
Precautions for vaccinating cats:
1. Generally, once a kitten is 2 months old or older, in good health, and does not have vomiting, diarrhea, sneezing, or serious skin diseases, it can be taken for vaccination.
2. The first immunization requires three consecutive doses of the feline triple vaccine, with an interval of 20-21 days between each dose.
3. Rabies vaccines should only be administered to kittens after they are 3 months old.
4. Generally, the third dose of the feline triple vaccine can be administered together with the rabies vaccine, or it can be administered one week later.
5. Going forward, one booster shot of the feline triple vaccine and one rabies vaccine should be given annually.
