When a cat arrives in a new environment, it will meow incessantly because of the unfamiliarity. At this time, the owner plays an important role and must not be impatient with them. The kitten is not doing it on purpose. This is an important moment to build a bond between you.

One indirect solution is to get the cat a companion. Having someone to play with will make it much better. Another is to buy the cat some toys to keep it entertained and distract it.
