Reasons why cats drool:
1. Oral or dental diseases in cats can cause them to drool.
2. Alternatively, drooling can also be caused by a cat accidentally ingesting a toxic substance, leading to poisoning or an allergic reaction.
3. High temperatures in summer can cause heatstroke in cats, which can lead to rapid breathing and even drooling.
Solutions for drooling in cats:
1. The owner needs to first clean the cat's mouth with a cotton swab dipped in saline solution, and then use a pet oral cleaning spray to treat the stomatitis.
2. If the cause is poisoning, you should give the cat clean water and take it to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible.
3. If it is caused by heatstroke, you should immediately move the cat to a cool place and help the cat relieve the symptoms of heatstroke.
