Kittens can be bathed after they are 3 months old and have received all their vaccinations. Kittens under 3 months old are more susceptible to catching a cold from bathing because their immune systems are still weak. After 3 months, kittens are generally healthy, and bathing them should not cause any problems as long as you take precautions. In winter, it's still necessary to turn on the heating when bathing your cat, and the bath time should not be too long. After bathing, dry your cat's body with a towel and then use a hairdryer to dry their fur. 
Cat bathing precautions:
1. Since most cats strongly resist bathing, you should trim their nails or prepare a cat carrier beforehand to prevent scratches.
2. The water temperature for bathing your cat should be kept at 38 degrees Celsius and should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. Water that is too hot can cause your cat to get burned or become stressed, while water that is too cold can easily cause your cat to catch a cold.
3. When bathing a cat, be careful not to pour water directly on its head to avoid getting water in its eyes and ears, and especially avoid getting soap in. Generally, cleaning a cat's head only requires wiping it with a wet wipe.
4. Before bathing, use a comb to brush the cat's fur all over its body to remove excess loose fur.
