Some cat litter is flushable. Cat litter comes in many different materials; some are water-soluble, such as tofu cat litter, while others are not. Water-soluble cat litter can be poured into the toilet. However, it should be poured in small amounts at a time. Pouring in too much litter at once may clog the toilet and make it difficult to flush. 
Precautions for using cat litter
1. Cat litter does not need to be changed every day. As long as the contaminated litter is removed and the remaining litter is kept clean and dry, it can be used. Generally, it is sufficient to change it once a week.
2. Owners need to clean the litter box every day. It's not enough to just empty it when it's full after a while. Excrement left in the litter box for a long time will breed a lot of bacteria and even attract parasites. Cats will also not like to defecate in such an environment and will probably find another place to defecate.
3. The litter box needs to be cleaned and disinfected regularly. It's not enough to just keep adding new litter. When there is a lot of dust, small fecal particles, and a strong odor in the litter box, you need to empty all the litter and replace it with new litter.
