The kitten's reaction after being frightened:
1. Curling up in a corner
Cats are animals that are extremely insecure and like to hide in dark corners all day. When they are frightened, they will hide in very secluded places and not let anyone find them easily. They will not come out easily no matter what. At this time, you should never forcibly pull the cat away.
2. Highly vigilant
Many people want to know the symptoms of a frightened cat. When a cat is frightened, it becomes extremely alert to its surroundings and may exhibit strong aggression towards other objects. In this situation, the cat should be left alone in a quiet place until it calms down.
3. Not eating or drinking
When a cat stops eating and drinking, it's essential to observe it closely to determine if it's sick or has been frightened. It's common for cats to be frightened when moving to a new home or living with a new owner; initially, they may refuse to eat or drink in the new environment.
4. Vomiting and diarrhea
Cats may vomit and have diarrhea when severely frightened. If your cat has diarrhea due to fright, don't be too surprised; this is quite normal. At this time, you should quietly stay with your cat and provide it with a sense of security. If the situation is more serious, you should take it to the vet for treatment.
