Kittens can eat raw meat around three months old. Newborn kittens have underdeveloped digestive systems and cannot be fed raw meat; they should only be fed breast milk or goat milk powder. Once they reach about three months old, their digestive system is mostly developed, and they can be fed some raw meat. It's recommended that owners feed them small pieces of boneless fish or chicken breast. Feeding them large pieces of meat can easily lead to indigestion and irritate their gastrointestinal tract. 
Precautions for feeding raw meat to kittens:
1. Kittens should only be fed after they are three months old. If some kittens are developing slowly and cannot fully digest food after three months, it is best not to feed them.
2. It is essential to ensure that the source of raw meat is healthy and transparent, and that it is fresh meat, not frozen meat.
3. When feeding, start with small pieces and feed slowly. If the cat doesn't want to eat or can't eat, don't force it to eat.
4. To avoid the presence of bacteria or parasites in raw meat, it is essential to deworm kittens regularly while feeding them raw meat.
5. Pay attention to a balanced diet. In addition to raw meat, cats can also eat other fruits and vegetables. Cat food should be their main food.
