The reasons why someone might not drink milk could be as follows:
1) If a kitten's body temperature is too low, it is important to keep it warm but avoid scalding it, as it cannot regulate its body temperature and can easily freeze to death. 
2) If your kitten needs to urinate or defecate and there's no mother cat around, you'll have to do it yourself. Since it can't yet defecate on its own, you'll need to gently stimulate its excretory organs with a damp cotton swab; otherwise, it will feel uncomfortable. Feed it every two to three hours, and stimulate its urination or defecation about 15 minutes after feeding. The total daily milk intake should be around 10-15 ml.
3) If there is no mother cat to nurse the kittens, it is recommended to use Yili's lactose-free formula for artificial feeding. It is lactose-free, will not cause bloating, and is most suitable for kittens with low body temperature or poor gastrointestinal function. It is best to use a kitten bottle or syringe for feeding.
