How to treat white dandruff in cats

For dogs, fish oil tablets can be given. Avoid using human shampoo or other cleaning agents on cats, as their skin pH differs and can disrupt their skin environment. Use cat-specific shampoo or dandruff-specific shampoo. If the dandruff is caused by mites, ivermectin will be needed to control the mites.
