Cats love to play, but owners often don't have much time to play with them during the day because they're at work, so they buy all sorts of toys for them. First, pay attention to the methods and approaches.
The same toy can be perceived differently by the owner and the cat. Therefore, owners need to learn to use toys in a way that suits their cat and guide them correctly. Depending on the type of toy and the cat's usual habits, targeted measures can be taken to attract the cat's attention. For example, with a cat toy, we can use it to mimic the movements of animals like snakes or mice, thereby stimulating the cat's hunting instincts.
Second, pay attention to the frequency of toy use.
Cats are intensely curious about everything around them and are prone to getting bored easily. If you try to save time by buying only one toy, it will definitely backfire. Therefore, owners should buy their cats a variety of different toys to keep things fresh and prevent them from becoming bored.
Third, the time spent playing with one toy at a time should not be too long.
Cats are very curious and love novelty, so don't let them play with a toy for too long at a time. Ideally, limit their playtime to no more than ten minutes. This will maintain their interest, and they'll be more willing to play with the toy again the next time it's brought out.
