Javanese cats have thin, silky fur, with medium-length fur on the body and slightly longer fur around the collar, shoulders, and tail (large tail). There is no woolly undercoat. The coat color is uniform, without markings or non-interspersed birthmarks. Varieties are the same as the Oriental type. Eyes are medium-sized, almond-shaped, and slightly slanted towards the nose. Eyes are green, except for white Javanese cats which have deep blue eyes.
