Generally, it is recommended to treat external parasites every 1 to 3 months, depending on the cat's activity level and hygiene. If the cat frequently spends time outdoors or lives in an environment with a high parasite population, more frequent external parasite treatments may be necessary.

For internal deworming, kittens need to be dewormed once each at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks of age, and then every three months thereafter. However, if the cat frequently eats raw meat or lives in an area with a high risk of parasite infection, the frequency of internal deworming may need to be increased, even to once a month.
