The changes in a cat's pregnant belly are basically just a gradual increase in size day by day; otherwise, there are few other changes. Generally, a cat's belly will start to swell and grow around one month into pregnancy. As time goes on, their belly will become more and more noticeable in the later stages, mainly because fat accumulates under the skin and the fetus inside has grown. Around 3-4 weeks of gestation, the cat's nipples will also begin to become engorged with blood, turning pink and swollen. Near delivery, a colorless liquid or white milk can be expressed.
