Cats can eat pork liver. Pork liver is rich in nutrients such as protein, fat, vitamins, and phosphorus, which are good for cats' health. Moreover, pork liver is very palatable for cats.
Pork liver is rich in iron, selenium, vitamin A, and vitamin C, which can prevent anemia in cats, improve their immune system, and enhance their night vision. It is also high in protein and low in fat, making it a meat with high nutritional value. 
However, the phosphorus-to-calcium ratio of pork liver is too high. The phosphorus-to-calcium ratio of cat food is generally 0.8 to 1.0, while the phosphorus-to-calcium ratio of pork liver far exceeds this ratio. Cats that eat too much pork liver will become calcium deficient.
Therefore, pork liver should never be a staple food, nor should it be eaten in large quantities or for extended periods. It cannot replace cat food. Pork liver has a relatively limited nutritional profile. It's okay for kittens to eat it as a treat, once or twice a week, but long-term consumption can lead to poisoning.
