Why do cats always sleep on their backs with their paws in the air?
Cats are very special animals; they usually sleep in places where they feel comfortable and safe. Here are some signs that your cat has recognized you as its owner:
1. Sleeping on or near the owner's bed: If your cat likes to sleep on or near your bed, this could be one of the signs that it has accepted you as its owner. This is because the cat considers the owner's bed a safe and comfortable place where it can relax and sleep.
2. Following its owner: If a cat always follows its owner, this could be one of the signs that it has recognized the owner. The cat may perceive the owner as its leader and wants to follow and maintain a close relationship with them.
3. Responding to the owner's voice and actions: If a cat responds to its owner's voice and actions, such as turning its head to look at the owner, wagging its tail, or making sounds, this may be one of the signs that it has recognized its owner.
4. Enjoys being with its owner: If a cat enjoys being with its owner, this could be one of the signs that it has already recognized the owner as its owner. The cat may consider its owner as its friend, and it wants to build a close relationship with them.
5. Sleeping on its back with its paws in the air: This is an action that cats will only take when they are completely unprepared, indicating that they are in a completely relaxed state.
It's important to note that every cat has its own personality and habits, and they may exhibit different behaviors. Therefore, if your cat doesn't show the above signs, it doesn't necessarily mean they don't recognize you as their owner. Most importantly, you should respect your cat's personality and habits and give them plenty of love and attention.
