Things to note after bringing your cat home:
1. When a cat hides in a small, dark, and enclosed space because it is not used to the new environment, the owner should not drag it out. Doing so will only make it more scared. Wait for it to come out on its own.
2. Do not bathe a cat that has just been brought home. Wait until it has adapted to its environment before bathing it.
3. Always keep doors and windows closed to prevent the cat from escaping or falling.
