1. Most cat owners still feed their cats dry food as their main food. However, if a cat doesn't like to drink water after eating dry food, you can feed it wet food to supplement the water that the cat lacks in its daily diet.
2. Cats are picky eaters and only like fresh, clean water. They usually choose what to eat based on their sense of smell, and if the water isn't clean enough for their nose, they won't drink it. Therefore, cat owners need to change the water frequently and keep the water bowl clean.
3. Cats like flowing water, which is actually related to their genes. In the wild, cats usually chose to drink water from streams and rivers. In a cat's eyes, flowing water usually represents freshness.
4. Carbonated drinks such as Sprite and Coca-Cola contain caffeine, which cats cannot metabolize, and can easily cause poisoning in cats. Carbonated drinks can also irritate a cat's gastrointestinal tract, leading to indigestion and bloating. These should not be given to cats.
5. Always control the temperature of the water you give your cat. Do not give kittens water that is too hot or too cold. If kittens drink water that is too cold, they may experience gastrointestinal upset, which can lead to diarrhea. 
Cat daily care tips:
1. Do not feed human food to cats. Salt, onions, ginger, chocolate, and other ingredients in human food can cause poisoning in cats.
2. Set a fixed time and place for feeding each day. Do not go early or late. Adult cats should generally be fed twice a day.
3. Cat owners should develop the habit of regularly grooming their cats' fur. Using a comb or a stiff rubber brush helps remove dust and loose hair from the fur and keeps it shiny.
