Male cats do not hate their owners after being spayed/neutered. After the surgery, male cats may experience some personality changes, mainly due to a decrease in sex hormone levels. They will no longer experience the pain of heat cycles and generally will not hold a grudge against their owners. A spayed/neutered cat's attitude towards its owner depends primarily on the communication and interaction between the two. If the owner genuinely cares for the cat, the cat will feel the owner's love and will not hate them. 
Post-neutering care for cats:
1. After surgery, the veterinarian will prescribe antibiotics or administer intravenous fluids to the cat for 1-2 days. The owner should strictly follow the veterinarian's instructions and administer the medication or fluids on time.
2. Within two days after surgery, you can choose to feed your cat some professional post-operative formula cat food, or you can make your own nutritional meal: chicken puree + chicken liver puree + fish puree + egg, mix well and cook without adding any seasonings. Afterwards, ensure that there is always plenty of cat food and fresh water available.
3. Do not force-feed your cat. Generally, if there are no other illnesses, a cat can go several days without eating. Forcing it to eat when its digestive system is weak can cause vomiting. Cats have a strong ability to regulate their own digestive system; they will eat on their own once they feel better.
4. Cats need to wear Elizabethan collars to prevent them from scratching or licking the wound, which could cause it to reopen, become infected, and fester.
5. Do not bathe your cat after spaying/neutering surgery. Bathing may cause wound infection and can easily lead to catching a cold.
