1. Feed small, frequent meals. Kittens are growing rapidly and need a lot of nutrition, so they need to be fed 4-5 times a day. It is recommended that owners feed their cats at regular times and in measured amounts, allowing them to eat small, frequent meals, which is better for their digestive system.
2. Avoid feeding treats. Try to avoid feeding kittens treats. Most cat treats are not as nutritious as their main meals, and feeding them too many can cause picky eating. Human treats should also be avoided, as the high oil and salt content can easily cause gastrointestinal upset in cats. Once they are older, you can feed them small amounts of treats like cat sticks or freeze-dried foods. 
3. Encourage water intake. Even when your kitten is young, you should encourage it to drink more water to develop a good drinking habit. If it really doesn't like to drink water, you can add a little water to its food and stir it in. This will also help supplement its hydration and prevent urinary problems such as urinary stones.
4. Keep probiotics and anti-nausea medication on hand. Kittens have much more delicate digestive systems than adult cats, so owners can give them probiotics to help with digestion. If a cat still has digestive issues and vomits frequently after reaching adulthood, it is recommended to give it some anti-nausea medication to relieve vomiting, diarrhea, and other gastrointestinal problems.
5. Important considerations when changing cat food. Once a kitten is one year old, its growth and development are largely complete, meaning it has reached adulthood. At this time, it's time to switch its food to a formula more suitable for adult cats. Allow the kitten about a week to gradually transition from the old food to the new one to avoid vomiting due to the new formula.
6. Suitable cat food. Adult cat food is difficult for kittens to digest. It is recommended to choose cat food specifically formulated for the kitten's age. This ensures that the kitten receives the appropriate amount of nutrition at the right time, reducing problems such as indigestion and unsuitable nutrient intake. For kittens that have just been born, owners can choose to feed them goat milk powder instead of cat food.
