Precautions for vaccinating cats against rabies:
1. The kitten must be at least three months old, and it should not be bathed during the vaccination period.
2. Cats with poor physical condition or malnutrition should be vaccinated only after their physical condition has been improved and their nutrition strengthened.
3. Cats must be in perfect health before vaccination, and their body temperature must be measured before vaccination. If the body temperature exceeds the normal value, vaccination must be suspended.
4. After a cat receives a rabies vaccination, make sure the cat doesn't scratch the injection site.
5. Cats should be observed in the hospital for 30 minutes after injection. If the cat develops symptoms such as edema, rash, or difficulty breathing, notify the veterinarian immediately to administer an anti-allergy injection.
6. After vaccination, try to avoid going out to prevent infection by external bacteria and viruses. During this period, owners should take extra care of their cats.
7. Do not change your cat's food, medication, or environment immediately after it has been vaccinated, as this may cause stress.
